121,000 square foot remodel of an existing open office space on the 3rd floor (Level C) of a 500,000 square foot, four-story office building.

The project consists of the complete demolition of the existing floor and its reconfiguring and buildout into open office space, conference rooms, break/lounge areas, IDF rooms, coffee stand, privacy rooms, cafeteria dining room and MEP distribution. 

• Provided and installed 54 terminal units with ductwork
• HWS&R piping & balance dampers to linear slot diffusers
• Provided and installed return air linear slot diffusers with acoustical flex
• Additionally installed ceiling cabinet fans with ductwork, plumbing, coring and scanning, fixture rough-ins, DDC controls, test and balance and insulation.
